Yes! We will have timing chips for all participants.
There is no age limit. We believe that the course is achievable by anyone who can at least walk 3 kms!
As for the kids, we a currently suggesting that youth from 8-14 sign up for the shorter/lighter youth challenge.
However, parents are welcome to use their discretion if they believe their younger children can complete the 3km fun-run course with them.
If you are interested in a mini event for children under 8, please let us know by emailing info@movebetterhp.com!
We run for the challenge, but if you do well , you can win some prizes!

The forest has stunning trees like maple, birch, fir, and evergreens that you cannot miss. The scenery is so beautiful that you could easily lose focus while running, but be careful because leopard frogs, salamanders, and snakes call this place home too!
